eChurch, Everybody's Church, respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information you provide through our online viewing platform.

Information we receive

When you create an account or use interactive features, we may receive your name, email address, account details, and anything you choose to submit, such as chat messages or prayer requests. The viewing platform may also collect basic device and usage information needed to operate the service.

How we use it

We use this information to provide access to the platform, respond to you, support church ministry, keep the service secure, and understand how it is used. Please avoid sharing sensitive details in public chat. If you want a prayer request kept private, use a private contact option.

Who can see it

Other viewers may see what you post in public areas. Church staff and service providers may access information as needed to operate the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Messages and your choices

Creating an account does not, by itself, sign you up for promotional emails or texts. If you separately choose to receive them, you can unsubscribe from emails or reply STOP to texts. To ask about your information or request account deletion, email info@echurchonline.org.

Children

A parent or guardian should oversee a child's use of interactive features. Children under 13 should not create an account without a parent or guardian's involvement.
